Deposit and Rental Agreement

A $250 deposit, plus a signed rental agreement, is required when you make your reservation. A payment equal to 50% of the rental rate, plus cleaning fee and NM tax is due 60 days prior to arrival. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. The $250 deposit will be returned after you check out, provided there is no damage and no missing items. A rental agreement will be sent to you via Adobe Sign. After you complete it, it will be securely returned to the owners.
Twin Mountain is a non-smoking cabin.
No pets are allowed, at any time.
Maximum occupancy is 8 adults plus 2 children ages 6 years old or younger. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations for rental dates from Nov 15 through January 15 must be received no later than 45 days prior to the arrival date or no refund will be made. For all other dates, cancellations must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund to be made. If cancellations are received after the cutoff date, a partial refund may still be made provided the unit can be rebooked.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time is 4:00 PM New Mexico time. Check -out time is 10:00 AM New Mexico time. No early check-ins or late check-outs will be allowed without prior approval.
